ABOUT ANGEL UNG

Angel grew up as the youngest of five children with a single-mother doing her best to provide for her sizable family. He learned at an early age what hard work looked like, and what it took to provide for a family. Angel became determined to find a career where he could support his future family financially with the flexibility to spend quality time – things that were not so readily available to him as a child. 

 

The Real Estate journey commenced when Angel began working for two of the largest rental companies in the state successfully leasing apartments. He quickly gained an interest in working with renters to assist with their leasing finances, but found that building authentic relationships to keep them coming back year after year was his real driving force. It was time to challenge himself and see if he could join the “big leagues” by using his license to start selling homes.

 

Angel describes himself as results driven and a people pleaser – qualities he gained from several years of competitive sports. He is motivated by helping people getting into homes because it’s advantageous for both sides. He thrives in team environments and considers Real Estate to be a group effort while working closely with the buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies etc. Everyone must be on the same page in order to get the best possible outcome for the client when closing a transaction.

 

What sets Angel apart from other realtors is his easy-going personality and his desire to educate his clients so that they can work together to find the perfect home. He understands that buying a home may be the biggest purchase of an individuals’ life, so creating the best experience while sharing his knowledge shows the bare minimum of what he is willing to invest in the process for his clients. He feels as though he can help people become motivated to qualify for a home, no matter their financial standings, because he can empathize with them and show them the steps he took himself to better his future. 

 

In his free time, Angel stays active playing basketball and training in CrossFit. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful fiancé, Ciara and his four-year-old son Zephyr. They are looking forward to their wedding in 2022 and growing their family together in the years to come!
